Voices from the Heart Newsletter
"Voices from the Heart" is the newsletter of the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund. "Voices from the Heart" highlights a variety of grants made by the Fund. It is a wonderful way to communicate about how the Fund is touching the lives of patients and families experiencing life-limiting illness. It is also a way to highlight some of the community events supported by the Fund.
