Grants for Communities
The Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund provides support to its communities through grants for grief camps for adults, teens and children; community memorial services; educational events that communicate the importance of hospice care; and bereavement activities such as support groups and resources.
All community grants are coordinated and administered through Heartland Hospice locations. A detailed explanation of grant guidelines can be found in the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund Agency Handbook.
